Immerse yourself in the culture of the Spanish capital as you walk amongst its great monuments, popular theatres and vast array of museums.

Barcelona is located in the north-eastern part of the Mediterranean coast of the Iberian Peninsula. It is the capital of Catalonia, a region with its own language, character and history - many Catalans think of their home as a separate country. It is situated between the sea and the mountains and has found a formidable balance, with one foot in tradition and the other in the avant-garde.

Legend states that the city of Seville was founded by Hercules and today the capital of Andalucía and the main city in the south of Spain is one of the largest historical centres in Europe. There is so much to do in this sunny destination that you may need a constant supply of Seville oranges just to keep you going. Exploring the many theatres, museums, art centres and clubs is sure to take up most of your time, but if you feel like you still have the energy, there is also the Isla Magica theme park and the brand new Agua Magica water park to tire you out. If you are able to plan your Seville city break to coincide with one of the many great festivals, then this is definitely worth doing so that you can experience them.
