Attracting almost 5 million visitors year on year, Tivoli is one of the most popular seasonal theme parks in the world. The park is best known for its famous wooden roller coaster, the Mountain Coaster, built in 1914, it still operates today .

With an incredible variety of rides and attractions including a mammoth carousel, aquarium, theater, stunning pleasure gardens and open air music performances, there is everything you could need for a fun-filled holiday for the whole family.

Visitors to Tivoli Gardens will experience something different with every season, with specially designed programmes for Christmas, including a Christmas market, parades and Santa's grotto, Halloween including Halloween market stalls and a Monster parade, and New Year's Eve celebrations including a fireworks festival.

A trip to the Tivoli Gardens is easily combined with a city break to Copenhagen due to the fantastic central location. You could also take your break during the Christmas season and experience the twinkling lights of the Copenhagen Christmas Markets.

Located in the city centre of Copenhagen, Tivoli Gardens can be easily reached from the UK by car, train or plane.

Aquila

Do you dare take on the neck-breaking experience of Aquila? This 11m high ride, will let you experience the world from upside down with forces up to G4 being unleashed.  

The Demon

This incredible roller-coaster reach speeds of up to 48mph along a 1,851 ft long track. With three inversions and heights of 28m this ride is not for the faint hearted.

The Golden Tower

If you like heights, then this ride is the one for you. Test you nerve as you ascend to a height of 63m - the highest ride in the entire park - and then continuously plummet back to earth. Views over the park and surrounding Copenhagen are unparalleled.

Entrance only:

Adult (8 years old+): 130 DKK (Danish krone)
Child (3-7): 60 DKK  (Danish krone)
Infants (0-3): Free

Unlimited rides only:

240 DKK (Danish krone)

Aquarium entrance:

Adult (8 years old+): 20 DKK (Danish krone)
Child (0-3): Free

Though there are plenty of attractions and facilities for visitors with functional impairments, there are no concession rates.
