Voyage through the exotic landscapes of Asia on board the continent’s most opulent train. Wonderfully decorated throughout in hues of green and gold with cherrywood detailing, you will cruise on wheels between the colourful and vibrant cities of Singapore or Kuala Lumpur to (or from) beguiling Bangkok.
Across a variety of journey options, you can take in the verdant palm plantations of the Malay Peninsula and the causeway of the Straits of Johor, the infamous “Bridge Over the River Kwai” and spot the many temples dotted on the hillsides among small villages as you chug along.
As the train travels within lush jungle, you’ll feel like you’re a part of it, so close are the trees as you pass through. You’ll roll by paddy fields and river deltas with a host of culinary delights on offer to enjoy as you gaze at the ever-changing vistas through the train’s large panoramic windows, while sipping something crisp and cold perhaps.
