I know how people are always ready to criticise, but often forget to give praise where it’s due, and so I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for making my booking with Fred. Holidays so easy.

From the moment I contacted Fred. Holidays, your staff have been excellent.

Sally’s initial response to my query was very helpful, and when I phoned up to talk to her, although she wasn’t there, she’d left my details so one of her colleagues could easily deal with my enquiry.

Since then her colleague Kathy has been dealing with my booking and has been polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have the cruise I wanted with much, much better customer service.

Next time I want to book a cruise, I will definitely come to you.
