The Customer Service we receive from Fred. Olsen Business Travel is brilliant. Recently they arranged a complex travel itinerary travelling to Dubai, Singapore and Tokyo with the dates being altered several times. All the flights were timed perfectly, as were the hotels that they arranged. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff.
