After completing three NVQs in Travel/Customer Services straight from school, I spent 10 years gaining valuable experience working in retail. Following a break to raise my children, I returned to the travel industry in March 2023, joining Fred Olsen’s administration team. Over the past two years, I have enjoyed developing my skills in administration but was eager to transition into a more hands-on booking role where I can engage directly with customers and contribute to the travel planning process so have recently transferred to Fred.Olsen Business Travel in June 2025.
I am keen to expand my knowledge and continue growing within the Fred Olsen family.

I have been lucky enough to have visited lots of countries and places across the world however Hong Kong and Florida remain my favourites.
