Perfect Family Adventure

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

Seeing the younger two daughters (9 and 5) taking on canoeing in Dordogne was probably a moment to remember. They wanted to win or at least stay in touch with rest of the group which they managed. Whereas my older kids (14 and 9) were quite keen to take it easy and enjoy the fabulous surroundings on offer. Found them with Dry padels at the end of a long day - I was not amused but they had a great time they confirmed.

What did you think of your group leader?

Paul was amazing. When we needed help, he was always there. Great to have a fit leader who can look after you family management needs when taking on new activities. 1) Paul took care of my mother in law (72 years old) when we were canoeing. 2) He also towed our five year old daughter on a hot cycling day. Thanks Paul if you are reading this. You really did make this holiday special for us all.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Go for it. It is a great trip on two stunning locations. 1) Plenty of spare clothes in case it rains or it gets cooler in the evenings 2) Try out all the activities planned for you by Exodus. 3) I could pay for everything on my debit card so no need to carry a lot of cash.
