Beethoven Music Festival - Bonn

What better a place to hold a festival on the works of Beethoven than the place in which the composer lived? The Beethoven Music Festival, which is held in Bonn, Germany, stretches back to 1845, when it was introduced to mark the 75th anniversary of the composer’s birth.

Taking place every year between late August and beginning of October, the Beethoven Music Festival provides a platform on which international orchestras and soloists seek new ways to portray the internationally renowned composer.
