Oberstdorf is the most southern holiday resort in the Allgäu region of Germany and enjoys a first-class reputation among international winter sports fans. However, Oberstdorf is not only a winter destination, it receives just as many visitors in the summer due to the region's spectacular beauty and abundance of thriving nature reserves. With over 200km of trails, Oberstdorf and its surrounding valleys are a walking paradise. But the resort is also great for those seeking the peace and tranquillity of a wellness retreat.
